Stainless steel tanks for cider mills combine hygiene, temperature control and flexibility of use to cover primary fermentation, maturation and storage. 304/316L stainless steel depending on exposure to acids and cleaning agents, food-grade finishes and configurable connections. Temperature control ensures controlled fermentation (often 15–20 °C) and cold storage for stability.
