Second-hand Bucher Vaslin pneumatic press, model XPlus 40 Inertys, manufactured in 2019, designed for pressing fresh, crushed, destemmed or fermented grapes in vineyards, wineries and cellars. Thanks to its 40 hL closed tank, pneumatic membrane and perforated drains, this press ensures gradual juice extraction whilst minimising the crushing of the grapes. The drains collect the must perpendicular to the pressure applied, to facilitate its flow during the various pressing phases. Its Inertys process enables pressing to be carried out under inert gas with gas recycling, thereby minimising oxidation of the juice and preserving its aromatic potential. Its fixed press bed, programming unit and integrated cleaning system make it a comprehensive solution for automating pressing operations.
