Fitted with an oval autoclave-rated door, a tasting tap and a gauge with a level tap, it allows for easy monitoring of the contents and facilitates access for cleaning and maintenance operations. Its conical base, mounted on stainless steel legs, promotes drainage to ensure complete emptying and facilitates its integration into a wine-making or food processing facility.
