Vertical cylindrical tank made from 304 stainless steel, with a capacity of 70 hL, designed for the storage of wines, musts, juices or other food-grade liquids. Fitted with an oval autoclave-rated door, a tasting tap and a gauge with a level tap, it allows for easy monitoring of the contents and facilitates access for cleaning and maintenance operations. Its conical base, mounted on stainless steel legs, promotes drainage to ensure complete emptying and facilitates its integration into a wine-making or food processing facility.
