Its design, combined with a full stainless steel floating cap, a flat sloping base, temperature control via four coiled circuit loops in the middle of the shell, and a full range of control and racking equipment, makes it a robust, reliable and ready-to-use solution for managing wines and other food liquids whilst minimising oxidation.
