This PIERRE GUERIN stainless steel punch-down fermentation tank, with a total capacity of 138 hl, is designed for winemaking, maceration, punch-down and storage operations in a winery environment. Its design, comprising two compartments of 91 hl and 47 hl, combined with a punch-down cylinder system, makes it a robust, technically advanced and immediately operational solution for red wine vinification requiring controlled working of the pomace.
