Detailed description :
A vertical cylindrical tank made from 316L stainless steel by ANJOU INOX, with a capacity of 15 hL, designed for the storage, winemaking and preservation of wines, musts, juices or other food-grade liquids. Fitted with a floating cap complete with an air chamber, inflation pump, winch and jib, this tank allows the usable volume to be adjusted to the quantity of product stored whilst minimising contact with the air. Its temperature control system, featuring three coiled circuit loops, also enables precise control of the product’s temperature. Its conical base, two drain lines and three adjustable stainless steel legs make it a compact, functional tank that is ready for immediate use in a cellar, wine store or production facility.
