TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS :

Construction :
- Mechanically welded frame, casing entirely made of stainless steel
- General control by brake motor, speed variation by extendable pulley
- Direct drive of the central stainless steel barrel by wheel reducer and worm screw
- Star safety and entry screw

Crimping heads:
- Crimping heads with 4 individually adjustable type 104 wheels

Capping cycles:
- The bottle is positioned on a harness
- The capsules stored in the dispenser are brought by a chute on a socket
- The bottles pick up the cap at the end of the delivery nozzle when they are in the inlet star
- The rotating movement of the heads performs the crimping operation, the position of each crimping wheel is individually adjustable
- The precautions taken throughout these manipulations guarantee total respect for the capsule
