It offers a practical solution for the storage and preservation of wines, musts, juices and other food-grade liquids. Fitted with a floating cap featuring an air chamber and a support arm, it allows the usable volume to be adjusted to suit the tank’s contents whilst minimising contact with the air. This configuration is particularly popular for winemaking and storage in varying volumes.
