A vertical cylindrical tank made of 316L stainless steel by ANJOU INOX, with a capacity of 32 hL, designed for the storage, winemaking and temperature control of wines, musts, juices or other food-grade liquids. Fitted with three coils, this tank allows a heat transfer fluid to circulate, ensuring precise temperature control of the product during the various stages of storage or winemaking. Its design, featuring a conical base, a rectangular door with an outward-opening mechanism, and separate circuits for partial and total draining, facilitates its operation, cleaning and routine cellar tasks.
