Used SCHENK plate filter, equipped with 9 plates measuring 400 × 400 mm, designed for filtering wines, juices, musts and food industry liquids.
This compact model is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized production runs, filtration trials or occasional clarification operations.
Its robust design, combined with a mechanical screw clamping system, ensures good stability during operation and ease of use on a daily basis.
The filter accepts standard 400 × 400 filter plates, which are readily available on the market.
