Second-hand control unit designed for the temperature control of nine tanks in wine-making, cider-making or food-processing environments. It enables centralised temperature management across several tanks from a single control cabinet. The unit is fitted with nine independent electronic controllers manufactured by Ascon Tecnologic, model VINI 2. Each channel can be assigned to a specific tank to manage heating or cooling setpoints separately. Housed in a metal electrical cabinet with a glass front, the control unit brings together the control, protection and connection components for a centralised, neat and functional installation.
