- Principle :
-- The harvest is poured regularly into a hopper. It goes down inside a moving perforated cage.
--- The grapes and the juice pass through this perforated cage, fall on a sorter which directs them towards a hopper.
--- The stalks descend into the perforated cage, fall onto a sorter and are evacuated by the latter
