TECHNICAL FEATURES
Stainless steel equipment designed for aerating and oxygenating wines during pumping over or alcoholic fermentation.
The principle consists of allowing the wine to flow over several inclined levels to promote contact with the air, thus enabling gentle and uniform oxygenation.

* Lower receiving tank with drain
* Inclined upper section consisting of 4 spillways for wine flow

- Fluid inlet : Ø 70 MÂCON stainless steel connection, upper side
- Fluid outlet : Ø 70 MÂCON stainless steel connection, quarter-turn valve in lower section
- Mobility : mounted on stainless steel swivel castors for easy movement
- Cleaning : fully dismantlable, rounded corners, total drainage via sloped bottom
- Typical applications :
* Aeration of red wines during alcoholic fermentation
* Homogenisation of yeasts and nutrients
