Designed for hygiene, temperature control and reproducibility in winemaking, stainless steel wine tanks (truncated cone, cylindrical, mobile ceiling) cover fermentation, maceration and storage. 304/316L stainless steel depending on exposure to chlorides and cleaning products; food-grade finishes, connections and accessories of your choice. Temperature control via coils or honeycomb plates, compatible with cooling units and heat exchangers. Arsilac's wine division also stocks cellar equipment: pressing, filtration, pumping, grape reception and bottling, available new and used with equipment trade-in.
