Thanks to its 304 stainless steel construction, its flat bottom with a 4% slope, its floating lid and its shell-and-tube heat exchanger, this tank enables efficient temperature control whilst facilitating racking, draining, cleaning and day-to-day operations. Its comprehensive equipment package, including a floating lid, lifting bracket, hoist, rectangular door, tasting tap, thermometer, stainless steel level gauge and Mâcon valves, makes it a functional, robust solution ready for immediate use in a production environment.
